Jonah Water S.U.D. is transitioning from one monthly billing cycle to four separate billing cycles. Customers have been assigned to one of four groups, with bills issued at different times throughout the month.

New billing cycle date and details have been sent via email to accounts which have an email address on file as well as via the mail to all customers.

These changes will go into effect with November or December bills depending on the billing cycle, and all new dates are included in the notices mailed to customers.

You will still receive only ONE bill per month. Your water service and billing frequency are not changing. The only difference is when your monthly bill is generated and when payment is due.
